Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Guangzhou Huantu E-Commerce Co., Ltd.. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- in its original packaging;
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- free of any signs of use — items that have been worn, tried on, used, altered, washed, scented, or otherwise show any trace of use are not eligible for return even within the 30-day window.
2. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- gift cards / store credits;
- perishable or intimate goods;
- items marked as final sale or clearance;
- items damaged through misuse, alteration, or neglect after delivery.
3. How to request a return
To start a return, please contact us at ccchen.ygcc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For returns not related to product quality issues (for example, change of mind, wrong size, or no longer wanted), the return shipping cost is borne entirely by the buyer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at ccchen.ygcc@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
8. Order cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it under this policy.
